On-Demand Drupal Support
We offer two types of on-call support: Drupal Site Builder and Drupal Developer :
Drupal Site Builder
Support for anything on your Drupal site that doesn't involve coding.
- Module selection and configuration
- Security patches and site updates
- Building advanced functionality (Views, Content Types, etc.)
- Training
- Content changes
$60 an hour with the monthly plan.
$75 an hour without the monthly plan.
Drupal Developer Support
Support for anything on your Drupal site that requires coding.
- Customizations
- Custom modules
- Custom theming
- Debugging problems
$110 an hour with monthly plan.
$120 an hour without the monthly plan.
How it works:
- Pay a one-time site audit fee. The cost of this depends on the complexity of your site.
- Support is billed in 15 minute increments.
- Choose between a monthly or no-contract plan (see below).
- Whenever you have a question or issue, just send us an email. We typically reply within a couple of hours (during business hours) by phone or email -- your preference.
Plans
Monthly Plan:
With the monthly plan you receive a lower hourly rate. You must commit to a minimum of one hour per month at the $60 an hour rate.
No Monthly Plan:
Without a monthly contract, you pay the higher hourly rate, but there is no monthly minimum.
